What am I actually subscribing to?
A recurring software-as-a-service (SaaS) plan. You get a license to use the selected product — its web dashboard, mobile/desktop apps, and APIs — for the length of your billing cycle.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Cancel from your account at any time. Your plan stays active until the current billing period ends, and you won't be charged again.
Is there a refund policy?
Customers in the EU and UK get a 14-day right of withdrawal on new digital subscriptions, as covered in our Refund Policy. Refunds are handled by Paddle as the Merchant of Record and go back to your original payment method.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or switch products?
Yes. Upgrade or switch products anytime and the price difference is prorated. Downgrades apply from the end of your current billing period.
Who takes care of taxes and invoices?
Every checkout is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as our Merchant of Record. Paddle calculates and collects VAT, GST, and sales tax for your location and sends a compliant invoice with each charge.
Which payment methods can I use?
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, plus other regional options supported by Paddle Checkout.
Can my team join too?
Yes. Every product supports team invites. Per-seat products bill each extra seat at the listed price; other products include a generous team allowance by default.
What happens to my data after cancelling?
Your data stays available for export for 30 days after cancellation, and you can download it anytime from the product's settings page.
